Flower & White was founded in its home county of Shropshire, where all of its meringues are still hand- crafted today. The meringues are made to a traditional Swiss recipe - whereby the sugar is gently heated before whisking in to the egg-whites - using free-range eggs, natural flavours and colours, and then slow baked to perfection.
