TIPIAK MACARONS NOW GLUTEN-FREE
Central Foods, exclusive UK foodservice distributors of Tipiak frozen sweet and savoury canapes and petits fours, are delighted to announce that from the end of May 2015, all Tipiak Macarons will be gluten-free.
Having made a significant investment in the bakery to ensure dedicated gluten-free facilities (including goods inward, storage, production etc, along with thorough staff training), Tipiak produce and test each batch of their Macarons, which are then dispatched on a positive release basis to guarantee their gluten-free integrity.
Macarons, France’s distinctive and colourful patisserie delight, have become the UK’s most popular addition to afternoon tea or indulgent mid-morning coffee accompaniment. Coming in a delightful array of pretty pastel shades and all made in-house (including grinding the best almonds from California), Tipiak Macarons have a superior flavour because of their higher than usual almond content.
Tipiak thaw ‘n’ serve Macarons are available in cases of 36, with 6 of each flavour per case:
Coffee, Chocolate, Vanilla, Raspberry, Lemon and Pistachio; each Macaron is approximately 10g and all flavours are also suitable for vegetarians.
Now caterers can provide all their customers – even those requiring a free-from alternative – with truly delicious, authentic French Macarons.
