Our most popular pancakes are the 4.5” diameter American pancakes.  Their light, fluffy recipe and smaller size works with both sweet or savoury toppings, making them ideal for breakfasts or desserts.  The vegan option tastes so good it will go down a treat with all customers, not just those on a plant-based diet.

The food service sector is looking different right now.  But takeaway, delivery, and click and collect operators are still servicing customers looking to treat themselves during the dark days of lockdown. 

Pancake Day brings out the child in anyone, so spread a little joy with special Shrove Tuesday pancake menus.  Operators could even offer Pancake-Day-in-a-box or Pancake Hampers for the ultimate family fun!

Did you know that pancakes are in the top five favourite hot breakfast options, according to Kantar research?  They follow the full English, a bacon sandwich, eggs, and are just ahead of avocado on toast.  Shouldn’t they be on your breakfast menu?
