Tipiak unveils new French Chocolate Petits Fours for foodservice
French pâtissier Tipiak has launched a new range of exquisitely French Chocolate Petits Fours for the food service sector in the UK.
The ‘thaw and serve’ selection of delicate treats includes chocolate and feuilletine squares, chocolate and hazelnut tartlets, chocolate, mascarpone and coffee squares, caramel and chocolate tartlets, milk chocolate and tonka flavoured financier, milk chocolate and coconut shortbreads, hazelnut and chocolate fingers, and chocolate and raspberry cakes.
The range offers a superb selection of flavours, shapes and toppings – designed to provide food service professionals with authentic, eye-catching pâtisserie that simply needs thawing before serving.
Marie-Emmanuelle Chessé, international development project manager at Tipiak, which supplies frozen, authentic French sweet and savoury pâtisserie to the hospitality sector in the UK, said: “Chocolate is a flavour that’s always in fashion. The new Tipiak French Chocolate Petits Fours selection brings together a mouth-watering range of some of our most popular chocolate petits fours.
“The beauty of petits fours is that they can be served in a variety of ways – as part of an afternoon tea, with a coffee as a café gourmand, to round off a meal, or as part of a trio or selection of mini desserts, which is a popular way of offering customers and diners a lighter choice of dessert and appeals to those with smaller appetites or those who are looking to indulge without guilt.
“Our aim at Tipiak is to be the perfect partner to chefs and food service professionals, and we’re delighted to be launching our new selection of French Chocolate Petits Fours in the UK at a time when the hospitality sector is starting to open up. Once restrictions are fully lifted, we predict that people will be keen to treat themselves, and chocolate is the ultimate sweet treat – pretty much an essential item on any dessert menu.”
Made in France with free-range eggs, the Tipiak French Chocolate Petits Fours selection features 42 individual pieces and includes eight different flavours. Labelled images on the outside of the box make product identification easy. To serve, simply defrost in the refrigerator for three hours.
