Capri Foods has been producing pizzas - and only pizzas - since 1984. Originally a family business, our delicious pizzas are still made today with ingredients based on that first authentic Italian recipe. With no preservatives or GM ingredients, our pizza makers follow a classic Italian method to produce crusts, which are crispy on the outside but soft and fluffy on the inside.
We also produce an exclusive range of lower fat and lower salt pizzas, which are popular with schools and other outlets wishing to offer a 'healthier' option. In fact, these pizzas taste so good they are sometimes preferred compared to our standard products! And for those caterers looking for an extra fibre option, we also have pizzas made with 25% wholemeal flour. All pizzas are made in a nut-free environment, and our dedication to quality is backed up by our BRC 'A' grade accreditation.
