The Big Al's range of fully-cooked burgers and meat products is manufactured by Kepak Convenience Foods. The modern, state-of-the-art, EFSIS approved production facility ensures quality and traceability at every stage.

All Big Al's fully-cooked products are made using genuine American flame cooking technology and recipes to ensure an authentic flavour profile. Indeed, the flame-cooking facilities are totally unique in Europe. The high intensity flames at the start of the cooking process sear the freshly made products, then they are cooked at 74°C to ensure total food safety. After this, they are rapidly frozen ready for packing. This technology gives the distinctive, Big Al's natural flame-grilled flavour and appearance.

The Big Al's fully-cooked range has been specially developed for reheating in the microwave but can also be successfully reheated using any other conventional cooking method. This makes all the products in the range perfect for caterers with restricted equipment, space or trained staff and allows all outlets to offer quality, hot food outside their normal kitchen hours.
