Buffet catering specialist Frank Dale Foodservice launches two new products
Event food specialist Frank Dale Foodservice has unveiled two new products for the food service sector.
The mini topped naan bread selection and the mini chocolate sponge cake selection are ideal for buffets and afternoon tea ingredients.
Both are suitable for vegans and vegetarians, and available via Frank Dale Foodservice’s frozen food distributor partner Central Foods.

The Frank Dale Foodservice mini topped naan bread selection features a variety of topped mini garlic and coriander naan breads. Each case has 15 of each flavour – Bombay potatoes, aubergine and red pepper curry, and red lentil and spinach dahl.
The Frank Dale Foodservice mini chocolate sponge cake selection features an assortment of mini chocolate cakes, with traditional biscuit flavours. Each case has 12 of each flavour – crunchy cookie, caramelised biscuit, spiced ginger, and double chocolate.
The two new products add to the extensive range of thaw and serve and heat and eat buffet and occasion eating products offered by Frank Dale Foodservice, which is regarded as the unseen chef – supplying sweet and savoury frozen canapés and finger foods to the foodservice sector.
Products are made in the company’s BRC AA+ graded manufacturing unit, which is nut, sesame and celery free, near Norwich in Norfolk.
Frank Dale specialises in classic British favourites with a twist - supplying sliced quiches, mini quiches and pies, mini smoked salmon and cream cheese bagels, cheese and bacon bites, mini cheeseburger crostini, and mini Yorkshire puddings with beef and horseradish, along with a sweet range that includes miniature cakes and scones.
Available as heat and eat or thaw and serve items, the Frank Dale range is popular at parties, corporate events, weddings, graduations, wakes and a range of other occasions where buffet products are served. Products are also suitable for afternoon tea ingredients.
